Measurable Milestones: They break big goals into quantifiable mini-goals. Progress is tracked relentlessly.

Written & Visible: Goals aren't fleeting thoughts; they're documented and reviewed constantly.

Why it Matters: Clarity eliminates distraction. It provides a roadmap, allowing all energy and resources to be channeled effectively. You know exactly what you're aiming for.

Action Step: Define your ONE most important goal for the next 90 days. Make it Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART). Write it down. Now, break it into 3 key milestones.
