1. Where is Lils Lovelys located?
We’re based in Maryland, USA, and ship physical products domestically (Canada and the U.S.). Digital products are available globally.

2. How long does processing take?
All physical orders are processed in 1-3 business days before shipping. Digital products are delivered instantly via email.

3. What are my shipping options?

Canada: Standard (2-3 days, 9.99)orEconomy(610days,3.99).

U.S.: Standard (3-4 days, $8.95) or FREE Economy (5-8 days).

4. Do you offer international shipping?
We only ship physical products to Canada and the U.S. Digital products (eBooks, courses) are available worldwide.

5. How do I track my order?

Wellness (Self-Care) Products

1. Are your wellness products organic?
Yes! All skincare and self-care items use organic, non-toxic ingredients. Full ingredient lists are available on product pages.

2. Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We’re Leaping Bunny certified and never test on animals.

3. Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Most products are hypoallergenic, but we recommend patch-testing first. Need guidance? Email us!

4. What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened: 12-18 months. Opened: 6-12 months (check labels for specifics).


Digital Products (Ebooks & Courses)

1. How do I access my digital purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive a download link and access instructions via email. Check spam/promotions folders if missing.

2. Can I share my ebook/course with others?
Digital products are for personal use only. Sharing violates our terms of service.

3. Are your courses mobile-friendly?
Yes! Courses and ebooks are accessible on phones, tablets, and computers.

4. What if I lose access to a course?
Email lils@lilslovelytreats.com with your order number, and we’ll restore access.


 


Returns & Exchanges

1. What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee. Return unused, unopened items for a full refund.

2. Can I return digital products?
Due to their nature, digital purchases are non-refundable. Contact us for access issues.

3. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return costs unless the item arrived damaged. We’ll email a prepaid label for damaged goods.

4. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
