Refund Policy

At Lil's Lovely Treats, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, please contact us at lils@lilslovelytreats.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the item you have.
  2. Once your return is approved, make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
