At Lil’s Lovelys, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for both digital and physical products purchased through our store.
Digital Products
Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads (including eBooks, templates, and courses), all digital product sales are final. Once files have been downloaded or accessed, they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you experience technical issues (file corruption, access problems, or missing content), please contact us within 7 days of purchase for prompt resolution or replacement.
Physical Products
For physical items purchased from Lil’s Lovelys, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Downloadable digital files
- Custom or personalized items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged physical products at no extra charge. To initiate an exchange, please email support@lilslovelys.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
